Is contact import available on every plan?

Contact import depends on your plan. See Pricing for what each plan includes, or contact us if you need help moving a large list.

What about contacts who unsubscribed?

Add the addresses that unsubscribed to the blacklist before your first campaign. Flashmail will never send campaigns to them.

Do my automations move automatically?

No. Automations are set up again in Flashmail. Most common flows, such as welcome series, birthdays and abandoned cart reminders, have a ready-made trigger.
