Yes. Flashmail has a Free Forever plan. Paid plans add more sending credits per month and more features, and the Starter plan has a 14-day trial.

Do I need a designer to make good-looking emails?

No. Start from a template and change the text, images and buttons in the drag-and-drop builder. You can save your own version to reuse.

Can I bring my existing contacts?

Yes. Import a CSV file into a list. You can tag everyone in the import, and Flashmail creates a segment for that tag when the import finishes.
