Automation

Follow-ups that
run on their own.

Build sequences once and let them run. Welcome new subscribers, win back shoppers who stopped opening, and send birthday offers on the right day. Remind shoppers about the cart they left behind. See Automation for every trigger and action.

Re-engagement flowsReach shoppers who have not opened or clicked in a while.
Birthday offersA date trigger sends the email on each contact's birthday.
Abandoned cart remindersA ready-made Abandoned Cart Reminder trigger.
A welcome automation: when someone subscribes, wait one day, send a welcome email, then branch on whether it was opened.

Order and OTP emails

Store emails sent
through an API.

Order notifications, password resets and login codes go out from pre-made templates with one API call. They use a dedicated priority lane, separate from your campaign queue. See Transactional Email for the details.

Common questions.

Can I send order confirmations from my store?

Yes. Create a template with placeholders such as the order number, then call the transactional API with the template key, the recipient and the values. Access to the API depends on your plan.

Can I follow up on abandoned carts?

Yes. Automation has an Abandoned Cart Reminder trigger that follows up with people who added items to their cart and left without buying.

Will every shopper see the deal badge?

Gmail Annotations are a Gmail feature for the Promotions tab, and Gmail decides when to show them. Other recipients see your email as usual.
