Sign-ups straight to a list

Each signup form adds new contacts to its list automatically.

Date-based reminders

Automations that start on a date and send on schedule.

Messages by tag

Reach members of one event, interest or chapter.

Reminders

Reminders that
send themselves.

Automations can start on a date, such as a number of days after someone signs up or a date stored on the contact. Add waits and follow-up emails so nobody forgets. See Automation for every trigger.

Date triggersStart a flow a set number of days after signup, or on a date field.
Waits and follow-upsSpace reminders minutes, days or weeks apart.
If/else conditionsSend different emails based on tags or activity.
A welcome automation: when someone subscribes, wait one day, send a welcome email, then branch on whether it was opened.

Tags and segments

Reach the right
group of members.

Tag members by event, interest or chapter, then build segments from those tags. Send an update only to the people it concerns.

TagsLabel members by event, interest or chapter.
SegmentsGroup members by tag, location or custom field.

Common questions.

Can people register from our website?

Yes. Design a signup form, connect it to a list and embed it with a small code snippet. New sign-ups are added to the list automatically.

How do I send reminders before an event?

Schedule a campaign for the send time and timezone you want, or use an automation with a date trigger and waits to send a series of reminders.

Can I email only one group of members?

Yes. Tag members and build a segment from the tag, or segment by location or custom field, then send the campaign to that segment.
